So many of us women are unhappy with what we see in the mirror that we get caught in a never ending cycle of dieting and restriction that leaves us constantly obsessing and criticising our bodies and feeling guilty about what we eat!
If this sounds like where you are right now and you want to learn how to start feeling at peace with food and with your body, this workshop was written for you!
This is a 3 hour transformational workshop that starts you on your journey towards changing the way you treat, see and speak about your body so that you can live with more freedom, purpose and joy.
This small group workshop is a safe, supportive space to help you explore how you currently feel and think about yourself and why, which we do through the use of exercises and discussion that shift your thoughts, beliefs and behaviours from self-loathing to self-love.
