About the Event

Are you ready to finally have a guilt free relationship with food?

Eating with Intention: A Mindful Eating Course is your path to food freedom and leaving confusion, worry and guilt about food behind.

In this four week online group course we will explore:-

** What is Mindful Eating?

** What is your motivation for learning to eat mindfully?

** Why understanding What, How & Why we eat is essential

** How to tap in and listen to what your body is asking for

** How to slow down and connect

** What foods make you feel your best

By the end of the course, you will finally feel in charge of your eating experience. You will understanding why you may overeat or binge. You'll feel peaceful around food and will have learned to develop more kindness, love and self compassion.

As well as the group coaching and resources, each participant will receive a private one to one coaching session with me.
