Emma Langstaff is a Health & Empowerment Coach who teaches women how to reclaim their health and make peace with food and their body so that they can break free from restriction, emotional eating and body shame and and start living a happy, healthy and confident life!

This event is for women who have reached the stage where they can't face starting another diet or punishing exercise plan and want to learn to make peace with food and their body. For good!
