Emotional Eating is a phrase that's talked about a lot with many of us feeling confused about what it is and what it means to be an emotional eater in the first place!
In this talk we will explore what we mean by the term "emotional eater" , how to recognise if you or someone close to you is one plus we'll uncover the steps towards a more healthful relationship with food so you no longer feel that food controls you and not the other way round!
So this talk is for you if you feel confused about...
- Why you are drawn towards certain foods at particular times
- Why, despite all your best efforts you struggle to stick to your diet or healthy eating habits
- What might be behind our overeating, binge eating or secret eating behaviours.
